Enate partners with NewDawn
LONDON, UK – 20 March, 2019 – Enate, the service orchestration provider, has announced a strategic partnership with NewDawn, an independent implementation company specialising in risk management and process control in combination with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Enate’s service orchestration platform orchestrates work across a human, digital or hybrid workforce for simple end-to-end processes. NewDawn’s team of risk experts and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers combine risk management knowledge with RPA and AI to create virtual process controllers and seamless workflows.
Together, Enate and NewDawn will help businesses to build a successful digital workforce by automating control activities and achieving greater efficiency through orchestration of workflows between human employees and robots.
Jos Bel and Tamara Monzon, Founding Partners at NewDawn, said: “NewDawn designs risk robots that can mimic and replace repetitive control activities, ensuring employees can focus on value-adding activities. By automating control activities, companies can achieve an increase in labour capacity, a decrease in risk exposure, higher employee satisfaction and a strong pipeline of ROI-based RPA investments. Partnering with Enate will allow us to offer our customers instant, common governance of their digital workforce, keeping a human in the loop and making the orchestration of end-to-end processes simple.”
Kit Cox, CEO at Enate, said: “Enate’s platform orchestrates the delivery and management of services across a digital workforce to ensure the right workers are doing the right task at the right time. By governing and monitoring a hybrid workforce of humans and bots, Enate allows operation at any scale, whatever the ratio of human:digital and whichever automation technology is being used. Our partnership with NewDawn allows these brilliant benefits to supercharge more customers along their automation journey.”
The partnership allows NewDawn customers to buy and implement Enate from February 2019.
