Customers can now seamlessly use Enate's service orchestration platform with Blue Prism to orchestrate end-to-end automations of mission-critical processes
LONDON, UK – 27 June, 2019 – Enate, the service orchestration SaaS provider, has joined Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance Program (TAP) to empower customers to manage a hybrid workforce of humans and digital workers to deliver end-to-end automation.
Enate’s service orchestration platform orchestrates work across a human, digital or hybrid workforce for simplified end-to-end processes. The integration of service orchestration with Blue Prism’s connected-RPA Platform helps customers to deploy digital workers from different vendors – and manage them all in one place.
Kit Cox, CEO at Enate, said: “Together, Enate and Blue Prism empower customers to get digital fast and super-boost RPA programmes, and, ultimately, free up humans to do more, create more and innovate more. Enate enables customers to plug and play digital workers from multiple vendors through our unique open ecosystem – and keep a human in the loop.”
Linda Dotts, SVP Global Partner Strategy and Programs for Blue Prism, said: “We’ve built a true community of intelligent automation pioneers, innovators, developers and doers at Blue Prism. This community is our lifeblood, which enables us to deliver one the most versatile and successful digital workforces on the planet. Congratulations to Enate for showing us what’s possible and for making Blue Prism truly the sum of our core platform strengths and our ecosystem partners’ expertise.”
Blue Prism customers can now seamlessly manage humans and digital workers through Enate’s Connector on Blue Prism’s Digital Exchange (DX). The Enate Connector enables developers to integrate Enate with Blue Prism Digital Workers without custom code.
Customers can connect to Enate within Blue Prism Process Studio using a code-free ‘drag and drop’ interface. Enate allocates the most important pieces of work to either humans or Blue Prism Digital Workers based on business SLAs and enterprise goals.
