Enate is looking for an exceptional UX Designer to build first class interfaces and interactions.

The successful candidate will be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI developer to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Hold any Graduation degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Good interpersonal and team working skills 
• A high standard of written and verbal English

As an Associate Product Manager in our team, you will:

• Be paired with a Senior PM who will mentor you and teach you the fundamental skills needed to lead your product team
• Be responsible for Enate product, understand user pain points and solve them in ways that will help us scale.
• Work on user-facing products and tools, with a variety of stakeholders
• Embrace the excitement of a growing start-up, and learning fast in an environment with constant change
• Gather, and use data from various sources to make informed decisions, set and measure goals and the impact of the work in your team
• Play an active role in building the Enate Product Guild and promoting excellent product practices and shaping how we make the product at Enate.
• Continue to improve by share learnings, wins and failures to help you and the team.

Do you have some or all the following:

• 2-4 years of work experience where you have helped solve customer or business problems - but no product management experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of REST API and SQL query will be an advantage.
• Working experience with integration technology is required.
• Exposure to one of the analytics tools is required.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodology.
• Working experience with the visual studio will be plus.
• Should be exceptional in Analytical, Problem Solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Be super customer focused and love talking to users.
• Ability to understand how technology, design, help business strategy.
• Passionate about building the best possible user experience, and you have some experience working with data.
