February 2007 - eNate releases the latest version of eNable, our complete service delivery solution for BPO providers. This new version extends eNable’s BPM features, provides further support for automated SLA monitoring and reporting, and makes it even easier for business analysts to quickly and easily setup BPO services.

January 2007 - The latest version of eNate’s service delivery platform for BPO Suppliers has successfully passed Microsoft platform testing. Testing was conducted independently by VeriTest, a testing service of Lionbridge Technologies.

December 2006 - eNate releases a new framework for the delivery of complex automated payroll services for European payroll customers. eNate’s payroll solution allows BPO suppliers to deliver more consistent services resulting in lower rework and improved utilisation of staff. David Carron, eNate’s Head of Delivery, commented ‘The new Payroll framework will help our customers significantly improve the overall performance of their service delivery but even more importantly it will give them the flexibility to continuously adapt to changing payroll requirements’.

November 2006 - eNate begins work with a major HR outsourcer to secure the renewal of a long term HR outsourcing contract. eNate’s technology provides BPO suppliers with a significant differentiator when quoting for new contracts or when negotiating the renewal of existing contracts.

November 2006 - eNate sponsors the ‘Shared Services in the Public Sector’ show in London’s Cavendish Conference Centre. The show provided a great opportunity for delegates to learn about new approaches to adopting shared services from within central, local, regional and international government. We had a great reception and were really pleased to be able to demonstrate to delegates how they could practically implement joint services using eNate eNhance.

October 2006 - eNate completes a further round of funding. The additional funding will allow the company to continue its expansion and further establish itself as the key provider of BPO and Shared Service software. Kit Cox, eNate’s MD, said ‘we have a fantastic set of products and a great team; the additional funding allows us to scale the business to meet demand from our customers, especially in financial services and local government’.

September 2006 - eNate completes a new deal with Hays Recruitment. Hays will implement eNate eNable™ to deliver their BPO HR services, provide continuous SLA monitoring and automatic performance reporting to all their BPO customers.

August 2006 - eNate launches a new solution that improves the delivery of Radiology and Cardiology services by Health Service Providers. The solution, based on eNate’s eNable™ enterprise platform, will have major impact on the effectiveness of UK health services.

July 2006 - eNate Launches the latest version of its flagship product eNate eNable™. New functionality provides customers with significant additional performance measurement functionality giving BPO suppliers a new level of visibility and control across their services and contracts.

May 2006 - Ceridian launches the first phase of their implementation of eNate eNable™ to support 3 global shared service centres delivering across 40 countries, with the ability to transfer case loads between delivery centres and provide 24x7 delivery capability. eNate eNable™ provides an enterprise solution that truly integrates all delivery processes operating between Ceridian’s employees, sub-contractors and customers.

March 2006 - eNate takes on additional business analysis staff to further strengthen its Delivery team. Using eNable™, BPO Supplier’s own business staff can manage all aspects of the design and implementation of their process projects. eNate’s Delivery team will continue to get BPO Suppliers up to speed as quickly as possible ensuring they get the most benefit from their eNable™ implementations.

February 2006 - eNate formally launches its Employee Assistance Programme solution built and operated on its ESP technology using eNable 2-0. eNate’s EAP solution will be marketed to the UK and US EAP suppliers.

January 2006 - Ceridian Lifeworks implementation project goes live using eNable 2-0. The project provides full service delivery and service management functionality to 700 users accessing throughout the UK. The solution will also be accessed by Ceridian’s US based EAP customers.

November 2005 - eNate launches its Managed Payroll and International Payroll Services Solution. Working in conjunction with key customer’s eNate is developing a standard set of best practice BPO Payroll services.

July 2005 - eNate launches the latest version of eNable - its flagship product for BPO Service Suppliers. eNate eNable version 2-0 builds on previous versions of the product, providing significant additional benefits to BPO Suppliers including enhanced support for Configuration Management, Service Design and Performance Management.

May 2005 - eNate completes its common services platform for all its software products. eNate’s Enterprise Services Platform (ESP) delivers significant maintenance, scalability and functionality benefits to all future software products.

May 2005 - eNate expands with additional development and business analysis staff to support its ongoing implementations.

March 2005 - eNate signs 5 year implementation and software deal with Ceridian Plc. Ceridian is the largest UK payroll outsourcer and will be using eNate’s technology to deliver its BPO services to customers across the UK and Europe.

March 2005 - eNate launches Training Administration solution based on eNable version 1-8.

February 2005 - eNate moves to new Cheltenham based offices.

February 2005 - eNate announces the launch of eNate eNgage™ the Company’s revolutionary enterprise platform for Service Buyers.
