As Uday says in the demo: "It is a challenge to industrialise automation and really integrate it into the business. There are a lot of different reasons for that. Some of the key ones are process fragmentation, so different teams doing things in different ways, which results in various types of custom-bot integrations in different corners of processes, so some tasks being automated, but then that not being effectively brought back into the end-to-end operations environment. All of this is happening only with RPA.
"If you're using a stitches and plaster-based approach, what you cannot really do is scale up unless the business really get it and get behind it, and that is only going to happen if you bring in a lot of transparency and controlled structure. And this is all only about RPA. The moment you scale out to other technologies, which are also coming downstream, this problem is just going to get more and more complicated."
Enate enables RPA at scale by providing instant, common governance of all your resources and the work that needs doing across a hybrid workforce of humans and bots. Enate is an open platform, too, so you can plug and play new and emerging technologies from different vendors. Find out more about Robotic Service Orchestration (RSO).
